London-based Transition Ventures closed a $150M second fund to invest in AI infrastructure, power systems, robotics, industrial technologies, and other deeptech solutions supporting the energy transition. -
UK-based Big Nature Impact Fund secured a £64.6M first close from Defra, Zurich Insurance Group, Admiral Group, the Esmée Fairbairn Foundation, and the Church of England’s Social Impact Investment Programme to invest in woodland creation, peatland restoration, and biodiversity projects across England. -
San Francisco, California-based Convective Capital closed an $85M fund to invest in early-stage startups developing technologies for disaster monitoring, prediction, prevention, and recovery. -
India-based Physis Capital announced the final close of its maiden ₹400 crore fund, to invest in early-stage startups across consumer-tech, fintech, and deeptech. -
US-based TMV launched TMV Logistics, a $200M venture fund backed by the American Bureau of Shipping and Prologis Ventures to invest in maritime infrastructure, shipbuilding, ports, logistics technologies, robotics, and industrial AI. -
Cologne, Germany-based neoteq ventures raised more than €25M at the first close of its second fund, to invest in early-stage technology startups with a focus on AI-driven business models. -
Veriten raised $105M at the first close of its second fund to invest in energy technology and infrastructure companies. -
Amsterdam, Netherlands-based Carbon Equity launched Energy Transition Debt Fund I, targeting €15M to provide investors access to loans financing renewable energy, battery storage, biomethane, and EV charging infrastructure projects across Europe.

Helsinki, Finland-based ICEYE secured a $350M revolving credit facility from a seven-bank syndicate to support customer contract guarantees, continued business growth, and liquidity needs for its SAR satellite intelligence platform. -
Darmstadt, Germany-based Focused Energy raised $240M in Series A financing from RWE, the European Innovation Council Fund, and Prime Movers Lab to advance its laser fusion technology and develop a fusion power plant at the former RWE site in Biblis. -
China-based ZERON secured $200M in Series B2 financing from Zijin Mining Group, Yankuang Group, Sanhua Group, Temasek, InnoVen Capital China (毅峰资本), Gaocheng Capital, and 朝希资本 SparkEdge Capital among others, to scale its new-energy heavy-duty truck business, autonomous driving technology, and global expansion. -
Kearny, New Jersey-based Thea Energy raised $100M in Series B funding led by US Innovative Technology Fund, with participation from General Innovation Capital Partners, Linse Capital, Calm Ventures, Divergent Capital, Emerald Technology Ventures, Gaingels, and others to expand magnet manufacturing capacity and accelerate development of its stellarator fusion power systems. -
Boston, Massachusetts-based Boston Metal raised a $75M from Tata Steel to accelerate deployment of its Molten Oxide Electrolysis platform and scale production of critical metals, including niobium, tantalum, vanadium, and nickel from low-grade feedstocks. -
London, UK-based Orbital Industries raised $50M in Series B funding led by Plural, with participation from nVentures, Radical Ventures, Compound, and Fly Ventures, to scale its AI-designed data center infrastructure and industrial hardware platform. -
Ann Arbor, Michigan-based Utilidata raised an additional $40M in Series C funding from Renown Capital Partners and Keyframe Capital to scale its AI-powered Karman platform for grid optimization and data center power orchestration. -
Boston, Massachusetts-based Tomorrow.io raised an additional $35M in its Series F round from Pitango and Harel Insurance & Finance, alongside Stonecourt Capital and HarbourVest Partners, to support deployment of its AI-native DeepSky weather satellite constellation and expand its AI-driven weather intelligence platform. -
Skellefteå, Sweden-based Skykraft secured $24.4M from the Swedish Energy Agency’s Industriklivet program to advance development of its planned eSAF facility producing sustainable aviation fuel from renewable electricity and biogenic CO2. -
New York, United States-based Texture raised $12.5M in Series A funding led by VoLo Earth Ventures and Equal Ventures, with participation from Lerer Hippeau and Abstract Ventures, to scale its operating system for energy grid visibility and operations.
